Hi Gaddlord,I've been using MWS for about 7 years now, primarily to keep my collection record up to date. When I'm sitting with 30,000+ cards worth over US$20K according to MagicTraders - it's useful to be able to show the insurance company something if I need to make a claim.Features I like:The ability to play test decks - both on line and off line (I've got two licenses so that I can play test on my home network)The abililty to run reports such as:- showing cards missing in a category e.g. By set, colour- value of collection from different price listsThe ability to add notes and comments to each record e.g. Hello,Do you have an estimate for when version 1.6.4 will be available? I apologize if the answer is somewhere on this forum, I could not find it.I am currently a user of MWS but I am tired of the recurring bug that occurs with each database update (new card set).
I am interested in moving to MTG Studio but I would need the MWS database import feature soon in order to set up my 22,000+ cards collection and start tracking my Shards of Alara (and future) cards. Thanks in advance, I am looking forward to joining your club!Herve. Hi again,I can't claim that I am an experienced MWS user, I switched to it a while back because the development of the Complete Magic Database was discontinued.
Nevertheless, when I get to use MTG Studio to manage my collection I will definitely give you all the feedback I can in comparison to MWS and CMD.So will version 1.6.3 have any inventory import capability? Like tab or comma delimited text lists, or any other format? Just wondering if I'll have to wait until 1.6.4 to import my collection.Thanks,Herve. I have to finish Jace VS Chandra support, test it extensively on Vista and Windows 7 Ultimate Beta and add some sugar features.

I'm sure you could surpass MWS's version very easily. That is The Goal of MTG Studio my friend. I am not able to compete on the MTG Online market since Wizards have confirmed me that I don't have the legal right to make automatic rules (even I can do it). So my target is to make the second best product on the Magic market and add some features that are not present even in MTG Online.
